Tonna Mechanical, family owned and operated for over 40 years, is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative .
We are looking for someone with a strong phone presence , excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment . This role combines customer service with inside sales and includes inbound and outbound calls, booking service appointments, following up on leads, promoting duct cleaning , and enrolling customers in our Comfort Club program .
Pay
$22.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus unlimited spiffs and bonuses with no cap.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers
- Convert calls into booked appointments
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Promote services and membership programs
- Meet daily call goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every call
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience required
- Sales experience a plus
- Home services/trades experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
