Responsibilities
- Deposit Operations Execution and Oversight
- Perform complex deposit operations with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation efforts across assigned functions
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and IRS guidelines for assigned products
- Manage due diligence, escheatment processes, and legal or regulatory inquiries as applicable
- Product and Subject Matter Support
- Serve as a resource for specialized products including escrow, IRA/HSA, IOLA/IOLTA, and abandoned property
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to branches, call centers, and internal partners
- Training, Documentation, and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and reference documentation
- Partner with IT, Marketing, Legal, Audit, and other internal teams on system updates, testing, and initiatives
- Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
- Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and support implementation of operational
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in a business-related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of banking or relevant financial services operations experience, with demonstrated proficiency in deposit operations
- Advanced knowledge of account maintenance, regulatory requirements, and complex operational processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and core banking systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to accuracy, quality, and exceptional internal and external client support Specialized certifications related to IRA, HSA, or other assigned products preferred
