What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming experience
- Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor safely and efficiently
- Answer customer questions and promote wash memberships
- Assist with site cleanliness, upkeep, and daily operational tasks
- Support the team in maintaining wash quality and safety standards
- Monitor wash equipment and alert management to any issues
- Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical activity (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Prior customer service or retail experience
- Enthusiastic, positive, and willing to learn
- Interest in growing with the company and taking on more responsibility
