Tommy’s is looking for a B2B Fleet Sales and Marketing individual to build and expand our Fleet & Enterprise Account program across our national franchise network. This role is responsible for developing outbound sales strategies, generating qualified leads, and closing fleet agreements that drive recurring revenue for franchise locations nationwide.

Position Responsibilities:
- Acquire new fleet and commercial accounts through outbound sales activity, digital prospecting, and relationship building.
- Manage and grow existing fleet customer relationships to strengthen retention and drive expansion opportunities.
- Generate leads through digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email campaigns, and business directories.
- Research target industries and conduct outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to build prospect lists and maintain an outbound sales pipeline.
- Track sales activity and monitor marketing and campaign performance through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and franchise teams to execute local direct-mail campaigns and support overall sales and marketing initiatives.

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
- Advanced degree or equivalent formal training/certifications and experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales or marketing
- Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with some travel expectation.
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:
- Work and commute in all weather conditions
- Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
- Work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking

- Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
- Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
- Drive between company locations and/or vendors or suppliers as needed while on job
