What You’ll Do (Position Overview)

• As an Assistant Site Leader, you’ll set the tone for hospitality—supporting your team and delighting your guests.
• Guardian of Culture: Champion a workplace where every team member feels respected, empowered, and inspired to thrive and reach their true potential.
• Create Leaders: Mentor Team Members to master their roles and grow into future leaders.
• Drive the Energy: Lead pre-shift huddles that motivate the team and set a high-energy tone.
• Recruit & Train: Assist in interviewing candidates and leading hands-on training for new hires.
• Own the Standards: Deliver on our promise to guests by ensuring every vehicle leaves “Clean. Shiny. Dry”. Conduct routine "4-Corner Walks" to ensure the tunnel, lot, and vacuum areas remain spotless and inviting.
• Protect Safety: Enforce safety protocols to safeguard both team and guests.
• Drive Performance: Lead the team to reach and exceed performance targets.
• Manage the Flow: Optimize labor by adjusting staff during slow periods and positioning "Aces in Places" during high volume.
• Grow our Membership Base: Coach the team on how to present our value effectively to drive satisfied guests and net member growth.
• Team Up for Results: Rotate through different stations, support your teammates, and help the site hit goals for guest experience and membership growth.

Physical Aspects of the Role: Stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.; kneel, crouch, bend, and climb ladders up to 8 feet; safely enter and move around a service pit; work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions; clean and wipe surfaces (tools provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
