What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire, mentor, and coach sales staff to exceed individual and site-wide goals.
- Implement consistent training programs, sales strategies, and best practices.
- Track performance with KPIs and analytics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on accountability and success.
Corporate & Fleet Account Management
- Develop, manage, and grow corporate and fleet accounts to maximize revenue and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee account launches, program implementation, and proper execution across all locations.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting regularly to executive leadership on account performance and growth opportunities
Strategic Growth & Operations
- Partner with location managers to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with operational capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and internal sales data to identify new opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand into new markets or verticals for sustainable growth.
- Represent the company at corporate, networking, and industry events to promote our brand and expand business relationships.
Who You Are:
- Proven leader with multi-site sales management experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experienced in corporate and fleet sales, B2B account management, and consultative selling.
- Exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
- Strategic thinker who is organized, results-driven, and ready to make an immediate impact.
- Motivational coach who thrives on mentoring and developing sales talent.
- Willing to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with sales tracking/reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
