Role Description

We are looking for an Client Services Representative to join our team and serve as a key point of contact between our clients and field operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced service environment.

You’ll support lawn care and tree care clients from initial inquiry through scheduling, service follow-up, and issue resolution—ensuring a professional, positive experience at every step.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Communication

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms

• Provide clear information about lawn care programs, tree care services, fertilization, aeration, and seasonal treatments

• Educate clients on service recommendations, treatment timelines, and expected results

• Communicate service outcomes and technician notes following visits

• Handle client concerns and service issues with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule new services, recurring programs, inspections, and service calls

• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure accurate routing, timing, and service completion

• Monitor daily schedules and adjust appointments as needed due to weather, staffing, or client needs

Sales & Team Support

• Enter estimates and pricing for lawn and tree care programs

• Support sales and operations teams with accurate data entry and follow-up

• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Comfortable using scheduling systems, CRM software, and data entry tools

• Prior customer service or scheduling experience preferred

• Green industry experience a plus, but not required
