We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, applying your landscaping skills to maintain beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes for our clients. Responsibilities

• Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure vibrant, well-manicured lawns.
• Maintain landscape features by pruning trees, shrubs, and plants; identify and treat pests using pesticide management protocols.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Identify various plants and horticultural elements to support healthy landscape growth.
• Assist with grounds maintenance projects that enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.

Experience

• Prior outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is not required but encouraged.
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools necessary for efficient operation.
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery confidently while maintaining safety standards.
