Responsibilities: 

• Engage with customers to identify their needs, provide detailed information about vehicles, and explain the purchasing process.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, present financing options, handle trade-in evaluations, and negotiate terms to close sales efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends through training sessions and industry events.
• Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service team to deliver a seamless customer experience, contributing to team goals and participating in sales meetings.

Qualifications: 

• Motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Goal-oriented mindset, a drive to succeed, in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, in the automotive industry preferred, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
• Required-MUST have a valid driver’s license with a CLEAN record
