We’re searching for enthusiastic Automotive Service Technicians with a drive for professional growth. This is your chance to harness opportunities, unlock your earning potential, and deliver the outstanding service that defines the Tom Wood experience. 

What we need from you:  

✨ Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. 

✨ Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication. 

✨ Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing a repair, if authorized by the Customer. 

✨ Accurately documenting vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order. 

✨ Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. 

✨ Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. 

✨ Detail-oriented and organized 

✨ ASE/Manufacturer certifications a plus and /or previous Automotive Technician experience 

✨ Valid driver license, maintaining a safe driving record
