- Customer Engagement & Communication:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously at the parts counter or over the phone.
- Resolve customer needs and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility, availability, and pricing.
- Product Knowledge & Inventory Management:
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories
- Maintain and organize parts inventory with accurate counts and proper storage.
- Stay current with products, parts, and industry trends.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for service jobs.
- Support dealership events and promotions through parts-related activities.
- Adaptability & Physical Capability:
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift and move parts and accessories as needed (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a parts role is a plus, but training is provided.
- Knowledge of vehicles and parts is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.
