Purpose of this Position:
The Imaging Systems Administrator ensures smooth operation of McLeod’s Imaging systems by executing upgrades, integrations, and system configurations that directly support customer go-lives and ongoing system performance. This role plays a critical part in enabling customers to fully adopt McLeod solutions, while contributing to team effectiveness through technical expertise, issue resolution, and process consistency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Imaging server migrations during regular business hours and after hours.
- Perform new company framework setup.
- Implement, install, and configure 3rd party capture and factoring interfaces and mobile image capture installations.
- Work with Imaging Product Group to determine validity of any identified defects and prioritize defect resolutions.
- Ensure any post upgrade testing and integration issues are being updated, addressed, and resolved.
- Serves as a point of escalation for the Imaging Services Team.
- Level 2 and 3 Support responsibilities with Imaging Services Team.
- Be a mentor for all members of the Imaging Services Team.
- Communicate with customers directly via phone and email.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Maintain upgrade checklists.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of systems administration or technical systems support experience, or 7 years of equivalent systems administration or technical systems support experience.
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical support, consulting, or implementation capacity required.
- Working knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or software industry preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with SQL, databases, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Azure, terminal server environments, and/or virtualization technologies required.
- SQL certification preferred.
