What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Tom Kraemer Inc.?
Built for People That Like to Compete, Build Relationships, and Win
Tom Kraemer, Inc. has been serving Minnesota since 1938 and continues to grow across the roll-off dumpster, recycling, and portable storage industries. We are a third-generation, family-owned company built on hard work, accountability, and elite customer service.
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow business with contractors, builders, commercial customers, and industrial accounts throughout the region.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk sales role. The people that succeed here enjoy being in the field, visiting jobsites, building relationships, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day. Success in this role comes from consistent prospecting, follow-through, responsiveness, and taking care of customers at a high level.
Our best salespeople are competitive, self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong communicators. They take pride in building long-term relationships, creating opportunities, and working closely with operations to ensure customers are taken care of the right way.
TKI has a strong reputation, an established customer base, a diverse group of services to sell, and a team that works hard to support each other. We are looking for someone that wants to become part of that long term.
