CDA certificate OR Head Teacher Certificate can be considered for Assistant Teacher role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's development and address any concerns related to child welfare.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support in their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and standardized testing results.
