We’re looking for energetic and engaging individuals who will ensure the front of house operations run smoothly while providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and supporting all guests throughout the time in the venue
- Conducting box demos and delivering steps of service to the TOCA Social standards
- Explaining and upselling our F&B offerings, making recommendations to guests
- Efficiently taking orders in a timely, accurate manner
- Exceeding guest expectations in a positive and delightful manner
- Ensuring all guest areas are clean, presentable and clear ready for guests
- Assisting guest transactions efficiently and in a timely manner, being accountable for all transactions
- Minimizing disruption to guests by clearly and concisely communicating with teammates to ensure items/stock is replenished and available at all times
- Excellent attention to detail with a hand-on approach to enhance guest experiences
- Having a passion for food, beverages and service is a must. You’ll need extensive product knowledge to understand quality pairings, recognizing drink and dish specs
- Being compliant with all Health & safety, allergy, first aid & fire safety requirements
- Having a complete understanding of our entertainment offering, providing basic tech troubleshooting and describing game types to guests
- Being flexible to cover a range of duties in line with business needs
