We are now hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to play a key leadership role in optimizing our revenue engine and advancing our expanding e-commerce business.
Role Summary
The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for building and leading a unified, data-driven revenue infrastructure across sales, support, marketing, and customer success. This role drives operational excellence by optimizing the end-to-end sales cycle, strengthening forecasting and pipeline discipline, and ensuring our CRM, reporting, and RevOps systems operate at a high standard. As a key cross-functional leader, the Director enables predictable growth, scalable processes, and strong organizational alignment across all revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end revenue operations across sales, support, marketing, and customer success
- Define and optimize sales/support team structure to scale a high-performing e-commerce operation
- Oversee WMS-driven catalog operations to drive growth across eBay, Amazon, and direct e-commerce channels
- Architect and refine the full sales cycle—from inbound leads and quote-to-order through remarketing
- Develop a unified revenue intelligence dashboard tracking key KPIs (pipeline, close rate, retention)
- Own evaluation, implementation, and rollout of RevOps tools (CRM, CPQ, BI)
- Govern CRM processes, data hygiene, and system integrations
- Create GTM sales playbooks for new products and services
- Lead data analysis to uncover insights across conversion, customer lifecycle value, and inventory strategy
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
- Foster a collaborative culture and build operations that elevate team strengths
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in managing revenue operations across sales, marketing, and support
- Experience in e-commerce heavy environments, including marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon
- Demonstrated ability to implement a CRM from the ground-up
- Experience within CPQ environments
- Demonstrated ownership of PPC and ad budgets
- Experience with building and managing playbooks for sales, catalog, marketing, and support teams
- Experience in the electronics industry; knowledge of computer parts or server hardware is a plus but not required
