We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Representative who is organized, professional, and eager to grow. This role is ideal for someone with basic experience in business-to-business sales or purchasing—someone who understands terms like PO, invoice, and RMA—and is interested in learning more about the IT industry. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to help process orders, support customers, and ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly.
This is a fully on-site position with strong potential for growth as you become more familiar with our products, systems, and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look up product availability and pricing in our internal system
- Support business to business customers via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams with inquiries about price and availability
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments—Accounting, Shipping, and Warehouse—to ensure smooth order handling
- Manage RMAs and assist in issuing credit memos as needed
- Support and learn from the Sales Manager to improve account handling and sales strategy
- Assist with maintaining customer records, follow-ups, and post-sale communication
- Provide timely and professional communication with both customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business to business sales support, purchasing, or customer service
- Familiarity with business terms like PO, invoice, RMA, and credit memo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and eagerness to learn about the IT hardware industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems is a plus
