We are seeking an E-Commerce & Catalog Systems Manager to strengthen our inventory accuracy, catalog quality, and marketplace performance.
Role Summary
This role owns the integrity of our product catalog and the standards behind our WMS-driven inventory processes. You will ensure accurate component-level data, high-quality listings, and rules-driven pricing across our e-commerce site, Amazon, eBay, and other channels.
This is a strategic operations role, not a warehouse supervision role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead WMS standards and implementation, including SKU/attribute modeling, BOM/kitting rules, and component-level inventory accuracy
- Define and maintain catalog taxonomy, naming conventions, attributes, and configuration matrices
- Partner with Operations to implement SOPs for receiving, put away, labeling, returns, and cycle counts, auditing outcomes regularly
- Coordinate data integrations between the WMS, listing tools, marketplaces, and the e-commerce platform
- Build and update listing templates to ensure accurate specs, SEO, marketplace compliance, and clean data structure
- Manage pricing logic through structured models (cost-based margins, competitive analysis, aging/velocity adjustments)
- Monitor and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, GM%, ASP, conversion rate, sell-through, content completeness, and return rates
- Prioritize catalog updates, promotions, and high-velocity configurations while suppressing invalid or low-stock listings
- Perform QA/UAT on listings, pricing outputs, and feed automations with vendors or engineering support
- Provide data and insights to Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and leadership to support decision-making
Qualifications
- 5 years managing large, high-SKU e-commerce catalogs (tech hardware preferred)
- Experience with WMS systems, multichannel listing tools, and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
- Strong spreadsheet skills; comfortable working with structured data and pricing models
- Familiarity with configurable products, components, or BOM structures (servers/storage/networking a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of SEO, listing quality, and marketplace compliance
