Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them to their tables with enthusiasm.
- Assist servers by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests to ensure a clean and inviting dining space.
- Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables as a Food Runner, maintaining accuracy and presentation standards.
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using effective verbal skills
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant, including lobby areas, restrooms, and dining spaces, ensuring guest comfort at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Experience in guest relations, hospitality, serving, or hotel environments will help you excel in this role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest services skills are essential for creating welcoming interactions.
- Prior restaurant experience helps in understanding service flow; however, training is provided for motivated learners.
