We are currently hiring an HVAC Installation Specialist to support our growing installation division.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available (conditions apply)
Position Overview
This role is responsible for the professional installation of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial environments. You'll be expected to complete installs according to company standards while ensuring customers receive a clean, efficient, and high-quality experience from start to finish.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotational on-call and overtime availability required as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings according to company standards and project specifications
- Fabricate and install ductwork, piping, and system components with precision and efficiency
- Work with gas, electric, and refrigeration-based systems including furnaces and heat pumps
- Ensure all installations comply with current local and national building codes
- Perform system start-up, testing, and balancing to verify proper operation
- Read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Maintain safety standards while using tools, equipment, and testing devices in the field
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process
- Safely handle and lift materials up to 100 lbs as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design and installation practices
- Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Working knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps
- Ability to follow all applicable mechanical and building codes
- Strong safety awareness and familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 lbs
