Jake’s is hiring a Senior HVAC Service Technician with 5 years of hands-on service experience. If you’re a skilled troubleshooter who takes pride in quality repairs and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant issues.

• Perform preventive maintenance and clearly explain findings and repair options to customers.

• Complete accurate service notes and document parts used.

• Support less experienced technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance.

• Maintain an organized service vehicle and follow safe work practices.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience required.

• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.

• EPA Section 608 certification.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use HVAC diagnostic tools.

• Professional communication, dependable attendance, and a customer-focused approach.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
