🧾 Core Purpose:
Responsible for revenue recognition, financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory/compliance reporting within a healthcare/nonprofit funding environment.
🎓 Key Requirements:
- 5 years progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with Medicaid/Medicare or reimbursement-based environments
- Experience with revenue recognition, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition standards
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required
- We use Advantx and Sage MIP (Having anyone will also work)
- Experience with grants, insurance, or third-party reimbursement

- CPA
- Behavioral health / nonprofit healthcare experience
- Experience with audit, cost reports, or healthcare billing systems
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue recognition, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Analyze Medicaid, Medicare, grants, and insurance revenue streams
- Prepare journal entries and financial reports
- Monitor receivables, accruals, and revenue adjustments
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting
