Manages vehicle access permitting, high‑volume bus mall operations, and rideshare pick‑up and drop‑off zones to support safe and efficient vehicle and passenger movement. Working closely with venue operations, security, and traffic management teams, the department ensures compliance with FIFA standards, LATMP requirements, and accessibility obligations in a fast‑paced event environment.

Manages workforce planning, scheduling, training readiness, and deployment across all transport functions. By coordinating closely with operational teams, the department enables smooth, efficient, and reliable transport operations throughout the tournament.

Manages fleet readiness, vehicle staging and dispatch, driver coordination, and real-time operational control to ensure buses are safe and efficiently deployed across all services. The department also supports staff supervision, training readiness, incident response, and performance monitoring, ensuring continuity of operations under both planned and dynamic conditions. Together, these functions enable reliable, safe, and responsive transport service delivery throughout the tournament.
