Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter

TMC Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Supervisor / Recruiter to join our team in Brenham, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing the recruiting process, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful placement of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

• Supervise daily staffing operations and ensure client needs are met

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees

• Coordinate job orders and ensure timely fulfillment

• Maintain accurate records of applicants and placements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

• Support employee relations and address workplace concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus
