What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Support/Customer Service Professional position at TJM Industries Inc?
Seeking a few Office Support/Customer Service individuals for a variety of jobs in the Franklin County PA area: Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Greencastle, Marion PA areas.
Essential Functions of Jobs: (Each are a little different)
- Provide excellent customer service to external customers of the business--in person, phone, email, etc.
- Handle basic office tasks associated with the businesses (one is a manufacturer, one is an insurance provider and one a construction company)
- Help with all paperwork and computer work associated with the organization ( must have very good MS Office skills) and be able to learn each company's computer system
- Answer phone calls and help problem solve and get answers
- Do whatever is needed to make the business successful
- Good with spreadsheets would be helpful
- Must be quick on your feet and be able to multi-task--all are busy environments
Desired Experience:
- Must have had previous customer service experience in some manner
- Must be very detail oriented and organized
- Must be very computer literate
- Must be reliable
- All jobs are M-F 8:00-5:00 with some flexibility
Pay will vary based on experience. Pay is around 17.00 per hour to 20.00 /hour. One could make much more if the person would get an insurance license and could be paid commissions in addition to base pay. If someone has their insurance license(s)-then pay would be higher to start.
