Job Description: Applications Integration Developer

Location: Wylie, TX (Onsite)

Duration: June 5, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (6 months)

Rate: $80 – $90/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Applications Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations and automation solutions across enterprise systems, with a primary focus on Workday Finance, Payroll, and HCM environments.

This role is highly technical and hands-on, requiring expertise in integration development, ETL processes, SQL development, and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting mission-critical HR, finance, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and automation workflows across enterprise applications
• Design and implement solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, ETL tools, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Build and support integrations using:
• Workday EIB, Studio, and APIs
• REST/SOAP APIs
• SFTP and custom ETL pipelines
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processing routines
• Create and manage automation workflows using:
• Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
• Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Implement and support low-code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Manage data transformation and integration across formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, Excel, and PDF
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, automation workflows, and enterprise data processes
• Support operational monitoring and ensure reliability of integrations and automated solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting HR, payroll, finance, and ERP systems
• Ensure secure and reliable API integrations, including authentication methods (OAuth, token-based security)
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience developing integrations using C#, .NET, APIs, and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs, or related tools)
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and authentication methods
• Experience supporting finance, payroll, HR, or ERP systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in technical environments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tyler Technologies Incode Financials
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll integrations
• Familiarity with additional ETL, middleware, or automation platforms
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation or data processing
  
  

Work Environment

• Work will be performed in or near Wylie, TX
• Collaboration with business and IT teams across multiple enterprise platforms
• May require handling multiple integration workflows and operational support tasks simultaneously
