- Oversee Inside plant and outside plant technicians.
- Verify trouble tickets in queue are at a manageable quantity utilizing CAIRs or Remedy ticketing system.
- Respond to trouble tickets in-person, via phone call or email within (48) hours.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure concerns are addressed, and ensure services are returned to normal operations.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control Checks on projects that have been completed or are in progress to ensure data or voice services will operate as expected.
- Onsite contract Safety Representative
- Escalate trouble tickets to next appropriate service tier if unable to address issue within (48) hours after initial contact
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Secret clearance required
- Telecommunication QA/QC certification
- Be able to obtain Telecommunication Level 3 Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) designation
- Confined Space certified
- 10 years Telecommunication Installation and commissioning experience
- Previous Government Contracting experience
