What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer position at Title Construction?
Join a construction crew supporting outdoor living projects, home remodels, and home additions. This year-round, full-time role offers approximately 40 hours per week, local travel between project sites, and the opportunity to advance toward Lead Laborer, Crew Lead, or Project Manager positions. The General Laborer will work under the direction of a general contractor or lead carpenter.
Responsibilities
- Handle, load, unload, and organize construction materials.
- Prepare residential construction sites for daily work.
- Assist with framing and basic construction activities.
- Support home remodeling and addition projects.
- Contribute to outdoor living construction projects.
- Provide general support to the crew under the direction of the general contractor or lead carpenter.
- Travel locally between project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of residential construction experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of material handling and construction site safety.
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Physical stamina for active construction work.
- Strong teamwork skills.
