Title & Abstract Agency of America, Inc - is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Closing Specialist to join our team in the Tampa office!
The Closing Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless preparation and the finalization of real estate closings. This full-time position requires a professional with strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening new orders
- Sending out introduction letters
- Ordering title searches, surveys and municipal lien searches
- Typing title commitments
- Assisting with post-closing document recordings
- Typing final policies
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a closing specialist/assistant or similar role in the real estate or title insurance industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in title insurance software and general office applications.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
