About the role:
The IT Project Coordinator plays a key role in planning, executing, and supporting technology initiatives across the organization. This position ensures alignment between IT, leadership, and operational teams while driving communication, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The coordinator also provides hands‑on technical support, contributing to both strategic projects and day‑to‑day IT operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead structured meetings that promote collaboration, transparency, and timely decision‑making.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure project initiatives support broader organizational strategies and priorities.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee resource allocation—including equipment, software, and personnel—to optimize project execution.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project goals, progress, and roadblocks
- Identify and implement cost-effective, time-saving solutions to resolve IT operational challenges
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand daily obstacles and proactively address them through direct engagements
- Encourage creative problem-solving, “outside of the box thinking”, to challenge conventional methods and explore modern alternatives—whether through updated equipment, revised workflows, or optimized business processes
- Provide support and timely resolution to user issues across hardware, software and network environments, e.g. workstations, mobile devices, printers, connectivity, authentication, and business applications.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors while maintaining ownership and communication until resolution.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to support knowledge‑base development and continuous improvement.
- Building and supporting Microsoft Teams Call flows and queues
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account provisioning, access management, device setup, and permissions reviews.
- Support deployment, maintenance and asset management of all IT equipment, including laptops, peripherals, and specialized hardware.
- Monitor system alerts, ticket queues, and service‑level expectations to ensure prompt response and follow‑
- Provide user training and guidance on IT policies, best practices, and proper use of company systems.
- Participate in routine system checks, patching cycles, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify patterns in support requests and recommend long‑term solutions or process improvements.
Qualifications Required
- 5 years of experience in IT support, project coordination, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, networking, and user support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related cloud technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Administration
- Background supporting or coordinating technical projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience documenting processes, workflows, or technical procedures.

- Office environment - no remote work available
