Salary and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $114.62 – $141.07 (equivalent to approximately $238,400 – $293,400 annually for a 40-hour week)
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000
- Relocation assistance: $10,000

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal care including both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform gynecological surgeries including C-sections and laparoscopies
- Maintain a schedule of seven ½ days of ambulatory clinic, two ½ days of surgery, and one ½ day of administrative duties
- Rotate call for deliveries with 1 OB/GYN and 2 Family Medicine with OB providers (shared among 4)
- Share surgical call with one other physician
- Deliver approximately 300 patients per year as a team
- Round at two local hospitals: BJC and St. Mary’s – SSM
- Potential to rotate across up to three clinic locations as team expands
- Provide culturally competent care, including to a high Hispanic population
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active or eligible for a Missouri medical license
- Experience with or willingness to handle both OB and GYN cases, including surgical procedures
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based setting
