We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants predictable weekday hours, meaningful relationships with senior patients, and the opportunity to earn $143,000 through base salary and incentives.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on value-based primary care for seniors managing multiple complex chronic conditions. You’ll have your own care team and strong leadership support.

• Geriatric experience is a plus, not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $130,000
• Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary; total potential $143,000
