We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Montgomery, AL who wants a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, meaningful relationships with senior patients, and the opportunity to earn $143K through base salary and performance incentives.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on seniors with multiple complex chronic conditions. You’ll have a dedicated care team and leadership support while practicing within a value-based care model.

• You hold a current, unrestricted license and DEA registration
• You value team-based care and measurable outcomes
• Geriatric experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $130,000
• Bonus opportunity: Up to 10%; $143,000 potential total cash compensation
