We are hiring a Retail Sales Representative to assist customers with enrolling in Primo Water Home Delivery Service in a face-to-face retail environment. In this role, you will educate customers about the benefits of home water delivery, answer questions, and help customers complete new service enrollments.
This is an in-store retail sales position. Employees will work directly with customers at retail locations and promotional events. This is not a remote, work-from-home, or business-to-business position.
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission

Representatives promote and enroll customers in Primo Water Home Delivery Service, which provides:
- Scheduled bottled water delivery directly to homes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail locations and event settings
- Educate customers about Primo Water Home Delivery Service and its benefits
- Explain service plans, delivery options, and current promotions
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing, scheduling, and enrollment requirements
- Assist customers with completing new service sign-ups and account setup
- Maintain accurate records of customer enrollments and interactions
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure a positive experience
- Meet individual and team enrollment goals
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused environment
- Stay informed on current service offerings and promotions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers throughout the workday
- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn product and service information through company training
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
