- Hands on - not a desk job
- Managing Shop Flow and Technician Productivity
- Guide Technician through repair process when needed
- Check Sheets properly filled out on every vehicle
- Selling Alignments, TPMS and Road Hazard on New Tires
- Selling Maintenance and Repair Services on Vehicles
- Customer Service - avoiding bad Google Reviews
- Mentoring Shop Staff
- Showing the customer visually why the service is needed
- Showing the customer the old parts on checkout.
- Updating Work Orders - Parts - Labor - Recs
- Answering Phone Inquires on Tires & Service
- Utilizing our Tire & Service Schedule System
- Achieving Store Goals in Gross Profit
Salary $70,200 to $93,600 per year.
Weekly Bonus $300 to $900 based on gross profit.
