Qualifications
• Prior dealership experience or auto service management background is highly preferred
•Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and mechanical systems including transmissions, oil changes, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, tire services, diesel engine repair, and auto body work
• Proven ability in upselling automotive services while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Experience with auto estimating tools and automotive repair processes
• Familiarity with service writing duties in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Mechanical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
• Previous experience handling cash transactions and managing customer accounts effectively
