What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Planning Analyst position at Tiras Wealth Management?
We are looking to expand our private wealth advisory team with a Financial Planning Analyst specializing in retirement analysis, tax reviews, investments, and estate planning.
Essential Job Functions include:
- Reviewing estate planning documents and providing client summary and feedback
- Developing tax projections and reviewing results
- Preparing financial plans, detailed retirement income projections, net worth and cash flow statement analysis
- Providing account research and special project assistance (insurance, annuity, pension, Social Security/Medicare, employee benefits, etc.)
- Ability to review and understand account statements that cover multiple product lines and identify allocation, risk, cost basis, and transferability, as it relates to investment scenarios and proposals.
- Tracking new client onboarding workflows
- Working as a team with other analysts, client service professionals, and advisors
Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
· CFP® designation, or equivalent experience preferred
· Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a wealth management or financial planning role
· Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize, and work quickly and accurately
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66/63 and insurance licenses a plus
- Financial planning software experience
· Salesforce/CRM experience preferred.
Starting compensation of $100,000 but will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
