Tioga Downs is searching for Massage Therapists to join our team at Serenity Spa located in our hotel. Our Therapists are employees of the company who are paid for all time worked, not by appointments booked. There are no booth rental fees and all supplies are provided. You keep what you earn!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of products to assist with cost controls.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
- Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must hold and maintain a current New York State License.
- Demonstrated history of providing exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Our Spa is open the following days and times. Schedules will vary. Open availability is preferred. Weekend availability is required.
Thursday & Friday 9AM-6PM
Saturday 8:30AM-6PM
Sunday & Monday 9AM-5PM
Tuesday & Wednesday Closed
