What You’ll Do
- Provide professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
- Deliver consistent, high-quality services while creating a welcoming and relaxing guest experience
- Properly care for spa equipment and use products efficiently to support cost-control standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of all massage, body treatments, and products offered by the spa
- Educate and inform guests about wellness concerns, services, and products
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized treatment environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current and valid New York State Massage Therapist License
- Demonstrated history of providing exceptional client service
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong knowledge of professional massage practices and spa service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Weekend availability required; open availability preferred
Schedule
Schedules will vary based on spa operations.
- Thursday & Friday: 9 AM–6 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–6 PM
- Sunday & Monday: 9 AM–5 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform massage and body treatments throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, move, and work in a professional spa environment for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate and care for spa equipment and supplies
