Role DescriptionThis part-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist position is a 1099 independent contractor role serving clients throughout coastal Volusia and Flagler counties. The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for delivering high-level cleaning services for commercial spaces, upscale homes, and vacation rental properties.
Work includes detailed interior cleaning, touchpoint and surface care, and select specialty tasks such as windows and floors. Daily responsibilities involve maintaining a consistent standard of cleanliness, following established procedures, upholding the company dress code, and representing Tiny Bubbles with professionalism in elevated settings.
This role requires someone who takes initiative, works well independently, manages their time efficiently, and understands the importance of maintaining a polished and orderly environment. Smoking is not permitted during work, and any smoke odor is not acceptable, as you will be entering and servicing clients’ homes.
Qualifications- Skilled in commercial and residential cleaning techniques
- Experience with vacation rental turnovers preferred
- Experience with window cleaning
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning tools and processes
- Ability to bend, squat, stoop, and lift 20 pounds or more
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of household chemicals and safe product usage
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in high-end environments
- Self-directed worker with minimal need for supervision
- Reliable personal transportation
- Professional communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with discerning clients
- Open availability, including some evenings or weekends
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality
