Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios when applicable
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and floor care to maintain high standards of sanitation and appearance
- Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Safely lift and move heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleaning or rearrangement tasks
- Use proper manual handling techniques to ensure safety while performing janitorial and custodial duties
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and supplies while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance
