As a Branch Supervisor I/II, you will be responsible for the following:
This is an exempt position. The salary range for a Branch Supervisor I is $60,783.66-$75,979.58 & the salary range for a Branch Supervisor II is $74,891.55-$93,614.44 both annually; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
The schedule will fluctuate covering both opening and closing the branch. This position will be assigned any schedule between 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM Monday-Friday including 1-2 Saturdays per month.

- Ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members.
- Ensuring each employee identifies members’ financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of assigned branch personnel.

The salary range for a Branch Supervisor I is $60,783.66-$75,979.58 & the salary range for a Branch Supervisor II is $74,891.55-$93,614.44 both annually; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:
You must have an associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. In addition, you must have either:
- A Branch Supervisor I requires three years of experience related to financial institutions. Supervisory experience is preferred.
- A Branch Supervisor II requires four years of experience related to financial institutions (one year of the experience must be a supervisory level equivalent to a Branch and Floating Branch Supervisor I).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Certify through the Manager/Supervisor – Branch degree program of TFCU University.
- Maintain license to sell credit life and disability insurance.
- Complete and pass regulation tutorials.
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
- NMLS/SAFE Act registration is required for Branch Supervisor II.
In order to be successful as a Branch Supervisor I/II, you must possess these qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel to Oklahoma City for various training classes and meetings as needed.
- Knowledge of TFCU lending policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of TFCU history, code of ethics, products, and services.
- Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards.
- Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E., Reg. B and Reg. Z.
- Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules.
- Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays.
