As a Manager, Indirect Lending Analysts, you will be responsible for the following:
This is an exempt position. The starting salary range is $126,196.62 - $157,745.78; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relatable field and six years of experience within lending (two of which must be at the supervisory level) are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
2. TFCU University certification required.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of TFCU policies, procedures, products, and services to ensure alignment with organizational standards and member needs.
2. Strong understanding of applicable state and federal regulations governing lending practices and financial institution operations.
3. Proficient in navigating and utilizing credit union systems and technology platforms to support efficient departmental operations.
4. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment.
5. Skilled in the operation and basic maintenance of standard office equipment to support daily administrative functions.

As a Manager, Indirect Lending Analysts, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting and supervising the daily operations of the Indirect Lending department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality service to members, employees, and dealer partners.
- Serve as the system-level administrator for the Indirect Lending Loan Origination System (LOS), as well as key vendor platforms such as DealerTrack and RouteOne.
- Oversee system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure optimal performance and system integrity.
- Monitoring loan processing and underwriting activities, communicating critical decisions, and ensuring all indirect lending analysts are thoroughly trained and proficient in evaluating and completing dealership loan applications.
- Maintaining high standards of documentation and data accuracy, ensuring all loan decisions and applications are processed in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
