Summary
The Sales Support Associate supports the Sales Team across multiple channels with assortment and account management. This role is responsible for and supports online catalog management, content standardization, and syndication, merchandising, and advertising in support of corporate strategies.
Qualifications:Responsibilities
- Maintain product assortments, product files, and pricing across multiple eCommerce accounts
- Maintain product descriptions, specifications, digital assets, and enhanced content
- Work closely with Timex Customer Service team to identify needs and opportunities to improve product listings
- Analyze customer reviews and questions to identify common issues that can be addressed via product updates
- Manage new item set up including loading images and processing sku set ups in GXS catalog
- Coordinate with Marketing to execute campaigns and seasonal merchandising
- Assist in developing and tracking creative service requests
- Work closely with the Demand Planner to keep eCommerce inventory up to date
- Assist with new account set up
- Process internal purchase order requests for displays and graphics
- Process return requests for accounts
- Help respond to request and inquiries from accounts and/or route to appropriate recipients within the organization as needed
- Coordinate and track sample requests and shipments for accounts
- Other reporting and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or other related field
- 6 months of related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Syndigo is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Data analytics and reporting proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to details and strong planning and tracking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross functionally
