Treasury Analyst

Summary

We are seeking an analyst role who will be responsible for cash activities in the Timex Group NAM and EMEA Finance Shared Service Center. This role supports all treasury functions including banking, cash management and reporting. This role interfaces regularly with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax, Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of the Timex Group global treasury and cash accounting functions

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for multiple global entities

• Perform month-end reconciliations of Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, ensuring Subledger to GL accuracy

• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable intercompany reconciliations and analysis

• Support cash transactions, including wire transfers, ACH activity, and bank postings

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries related to cash and treasury activity

• Assist with monthly ABL Credit Facility reporting and annual audit support

• Provide monthly intercompany payment analysis and variance explanations to management

• Support corporate credit card program administration, including cardholder setup and maintenance

• Amex Purchase and Travel card reconciliation and accruals

• Concur Travel and Expense Reporting program administration

• Maintain bank account records, including account listings, authorized signatories, and required reporting

• Participate in ad hoc accounting and treasury projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Accounting experience, preferably in a shared services or corporate environment

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and reconciliation

• Ability to meet close deadlines, work independently, and collaborate cross-functionally

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; macro experience a plus

• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems preferred

• Experience with Concur or expense management systems a plus

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Strong customer service and communication skills (internal and external)
