Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes and recommend control enhancements to reduce risk and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Review and confirm new vendor setups to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Validate sales order data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment between financial records and operational systems.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, forecast, and prior year;
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plan;
- Assist in the development of internal CRM tool to further understand sales opportunity pipeline.
- Develop monthly risks and opportunities process with operational management team.
- Support improvements to Oracle ERP system for enhanced requirements.
- Assemble and summarize Oracle data to structure detailed reports on financial status/risk.
- Provide recommendations for procedural improvements across finance.
- Drive improvements in USG pricing/proposal process.
- Partner with operations and engineering on capital appropriations/fixed asset requests.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in auditing, general accounting, and/or other accounting roles with a multi-national company
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
