Title Clerk - Hazleton Honda

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk with prior Pennsylvania dealership titling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in Pennsylvania vehicle title and registration processes. This role is responsible for processing automotive documents accurately and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and license plate work through the Pennsylvania DOT system
• Prepare and submit title paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all deal documents
• Process payoff checks and lien releases
• Maintain title tracking and inventory records
• Handle out-of-state title transactions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and dealership policies
• Communicate with customers, banks, and state agencies regarding title status and corrections
• Assist accounting office with related administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• Required: Previous Pennsylvania automotive dealership titling experience
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration procedures
• Experience with dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
