We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician (A Tech) to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to efficiently perform high-quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment. GM diesel experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, HVAC, and electrical repairs
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems effectively
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate recommended repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
- A-Level technician skills and experience preferred
- GM experience strongly preferred
- GM diesel experience preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to use scan tools and computerized diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a shop environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
