Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations
- Lead and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Manage repair order flow, shop productivity, and technician dispatch
- Monitor department performance, budgets, and profit margins
- Coordinate closely with Parts, Sales, and Finance departments
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer, warranty, and safety requirements
- Recruit, train, and evaluate service department team members
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive service leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of repair processes, warranty procedures, and DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of increasing service revenue and CSI scores
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
