Key Responsibilities
- Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers
- Present and explain financing options, extended service contracts, and other protection products.
- Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and local laws as well as dealership policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes
- Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while keeping customers satisfied

Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance operations and compliance
- Sales experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and financial institution
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High energy, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
